Electrician

Morgan Hunt are looking for qualified and dependable Electricians to joinrange of residential properties, high-quality electrical and maintenance services.Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Carry out all aspects of electrical work, including installation, testing, inspection, and fault finding
\n
• Complete electrical works in properties.
\n
• Undertake responsive repairs and planned maintenance.
\n
• Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
\n
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner
\n
• Complete certification and maintain accurate records of all work carried out
\n
• Provide a professional and customer-focused service when working in tenanted properties
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Fully qualified Electrician (SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
\n
• Experience in domestic maintenance, ideally within social housing
\n
• Testing and inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent) desirable
\n
• Full UK driving licence (van provided for work use)
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
\n
• Good communication and customer service skills
\n
