\nWorking alongside our experienced engineers and technicians, you will be responsible for preparing, repairing and painting crawler cranes and associated equipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Training and development opportunities are available for the right candidate. \n
\nWhat the Role Involves \n
\nWorking alongside our experienced team of crane engineers and technicians \n
\nPreparing equipment for painting, including masking, sanding and cleaning \n
\nAssisting with or carrying out paint spraying, repairs and resprays depending on experience \n
\nIdentifying and rectifying paint defects and surface imperfections \n
\nApplying high-quality finishes to company standards \n
\nOperating and maintaining paint spraying equipment and tools \n
\nMaintaining a safe, clean and organised workspace \n
\nKey Responsibilities \n
\nPrepare surfaces for painting to a high standard \n
\nAssist with or undertake paint mixing and colour matching \n
\nApply paint using spray guns and associated equipment \n
\nCarry out full resprays, touch-ups and localised repairs where required \n
\nEnsure all finishes meet quality standards \n
\nMaintain and clean spray equipment \n
\nAdhere to all health and safety requirements, including PPE and safe handling of materials \n
\nWork effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines \n
\nCarry out any additional duties as reasonably required by management \n

\nPrevious experience in paint preparation and spray application \n
\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality \n
\nAbility to work independently and efficiently \n
