Hunter Dunning is working with a reputable firm in the commercial property sector to recruit an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor. This full-time, permanent role covers lease advisory, valuations, property surveys, client relationship management, market analysis and compliance.

Your Experience

• Full Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
\n
• Ideally a minimum of 3 years post qualification
\n
• Proven commercial lease advisory and valuations experience
\n
• Strong commercial property experience
\n
• Knowledge of lease renewals, rent reviews and property law
\n
• Building pathology and accurate property measurement experience
\n
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Proficient with valuation software and property databases
\n
