\nWhat you’ll be doing
\n- \n
- Managing fast paced end-to-end corporate travel bookings across air, hotel, rail and ancillary services \n
- Acting as the main point of contact for your clients, delivering a high-touch, concierge-level service \n
- Handling complex itineraries, changes, reissues and urgent requests with confidence \n
- Monitoring GDS queues and proactively managing deadlines and ticketing requirements \n
- Building long-term client relationships focused on retention and service excellence \n
- Supporting clients outside of standard hours when required \n
- Working closely with the wider team to maintain consistently high standards \n
What we’re looking for
\n- \n
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a business travel role (essential) \n
- Strong GDS knowledge (Travelport preferred, but Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre considered) \n
- Able to process GDS Exchanges and Refunds \n
- Experience using the Atriis travel platform is preferred \n
- Confident managing complex, high-value travel requests independently \n
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills \n
- Strong communication skills with a natural client-first mindset \n
- Calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment \n
- A team player who takes ownership and pride in their work \n
