Based from their office in Potters Bar, the successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of multiple façade and cladding projects across London, ensuring financial performance, contractual compliance, and successful project delivery from pre-construction through to final account. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for delivering high-quality façade and cladding solutions on major residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Full commercial management of façade and cladding packages from tender stage through to final account.
\n
• Preparation, submission, and negotiation of valuations, variations, and final accounts.
\n
• Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget management.
\n
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
\n
• Contract administration and risk management.
\n
• Working closely with project delivery teams to maximise commercial performance.
\n
• Managing client relationships and attending commercial meetings.
\n
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and value engineering.
\n

The Ideal Candidate\n

\n
• Significant experience within cladding and facades (non-negotiable).
\n
• Minimum 3 years' experience working on façade and cladding packages.
\n
• Background working for a specialist cladding contractor or managing cladding packages for a main contractor.
\n
• Strong knowledge of cladding systems, materials, and installation methods.
\n
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering successful commercial outcomes.
\n
• Excellent contractual and commercial awareness.
\n
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively to a wider team.
\n
• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification preferred.
\n
