Job Description
Product Analyst - £50,000-£55,000
\nOffice-Based
\nWe're looking for a Product Analyst to join our growing Product team, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and key business stakeholders to help shape and improve our products through customer insight and data-driven decision making.
\n\nWhat you'll be doing:
\n- \n
- Gather and document business and user requirements, translating them into actionable product requirements. \n
- Analyse customer feedback, product usage and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements. \n
- Work alongside Product Managers to prioritise features and maintain the product backlog. \n
- Produce user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation. \n
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design and QA throughout the product lifecycle. \n
- Monitor product performance using data and KPIs, making recommendations for continuous improvement. \n
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives. \n
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery. \n
What we're looking for:
\n- \n
- Previous experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst within a product-led environment. \n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. \n
- Experience writing user stories and gathering requirements. \n
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions. \n
- Experience working within Agile teams. \n
- Knowledge of SQL or product analytics tools would be advantageous. \n
