\nNOTE: DV Clearance will be required. While you must be eligible for DV clearance, you do not need to be currently cleared
\nSalary: Paying between £70,000-£80,000, depending on experienceWorking Arrangement: On-site in Corsham with occasional flexibility
\nWe're proud to be partnering with a leading Data Centre Provider to recruit an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of major infrastructure projects across their portfolio.
\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at the forefront of digital infrastructure, where you'll play a key role in managing complex construction programmes from inception through to handover.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead the on-site delivery of data centre construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met \n
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues \n
- Monitor health and safety compliance across all phases of construction \n
- Review and manage project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports \n
- Ensure alignment with technical specifications and regulatory requirements \n
- Support commissioning and handover processes, ensuring operational readiness \n
Required experience:

- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centres, critical infrastructure, or high-tech environments \n
- Strong understanding of M&E systems, structural works, and fit-out phases \n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills \n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery \n
- Relevant construction qualifications and certifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS, NEBOSH) \n
