\nAn established Housing Association is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month contract.This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with a strong background in tenancy management and delivering high-quality housing services within a social housing environment. Your new role \n
\nManaging a designated housing patch and acting as the primary contact for tenants \n
\nDelivering an effective tenancy management service, including tenancy sustainment and support \n
\nManaging anti-social behaviour cases and neighbour disputes \n
\nConducting estate management inspections and property visits \n
\nDealing with tenancy changes, abandonments, succession requests and mutual exchanges \n
\nSupporting rent arrears prevention and working closely with income teams where required \n
\nEnsuring excellent customer service and maintaining strong tenant relationships \n
\nLiaising with internal departments and external agencies to resolve housing-related issues \n
\nWhat you'll need to succeed \n
\nPrevious experience working as a Housing Officer within a Housing Association or Local Authority \n
\nStrong knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management practices \n
\nExperience managing anti-social behaviour and complex tenancy cases \n
\nExcellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills \n
\nAbility to work independently and manage a varied caseload \n
\nDesirable: \n
\nExperience using Homemaster housing management software \n
\n
