Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager | Bristol Based | Permanent

I'm partnering with a respected property and construction consultancy in Bristol to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their growing Project Management team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced consultancy-side Project Manager to deliver a varied portfolio of construction projects across sectors including commercial, office, industrial, residential, leisure, education, healthcare and heritage.

You'll be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful delivery while building strong relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the consultancy.

The Role

• Leading construction projects through all stages, from design to completion.
\n
• Managing programmes, budgets, risks and reporting.
\n
• Acting as the key client contact and managing stakeholder relationships.
\n
• Coordinating consultant teams and supporting procurement and contract administration.
\n
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
\n

About You

\n
• 8+ years' experience in construction Project Management.
\n
• Consultancy-side Project Management experience.
\n
• A proven track record delivering projects from inception to completion.
\n
• Experience across sectors such as commercial, residential, leisure, education, healthcare or heritage.
\n
• A construction-related degree.
\n
• Chartered status with RICS, APM, CIOB or equivalent (desirable).
\n
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Flexibility to travel across the South West and wider regions as required.
\n
