A leading Legal 500 firm is seeking a Senior Associate Court of Protection in Manchester to join its growing and highly regarded team.

As a Senior Associate Court of Protection in Manchester, you’ll manage a high-value caseload of Property and Affairs matters while supporting the development of a strong and collaborative department. This role offers excellent progression, leadership responsibility and exposure to complex, high-quality work.

The Role

• Managing a caseload of high-value Court of Protection property and affairs matters
\n
• Handling complex cases involving substantial settlements
\n
• Supporting clients requiring ongoing financial management
\n
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
\n
• Working closely with senior colleagues on complex matters
\n
• Delivering high standards of client care
\n
• Managing deadlines and caseload efficiently
\n
• Supporting team growth and development
\n

The Candidate

\n
• 6+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive in Court of Protection
\n
• Strong experience in Property and Affairs matters
\n
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff desirable
\n
• Proven technical expertise and ability to handle complex cases
\n
• Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills
\n
• Ambitious and driven with leadership potential
\n
• Strong organisation and communication skills
\n
• Background within a high street or regional firm
\n
