\nReporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll operate at the heart of the business, supporting both day-to-day financial activities and high-profile strategic projects.

\nKey Responsibilities
\nFinancial Reporting & Technical Accounting
\n- \n
- Support the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual group reporting \n
- Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts and year-end processes \n
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls \n
- Support audit processes and maintain strong governance frameworks \n
- Assist with treasury and cashflow forecasting activities \n
- Deliver accurate, insightful and timely financial information to senior stakeholders \n
Acquisitions & Integration
\n- \n
- Support financial due diligence activities during acquisitions \n
- Assist with the onboarding of newly acquired businesses \n
- Coordinate post-acquisition integration projects \n
- Drive consistency across financial reporting, systems and controls \n
- Monitor integration progress and identify opportunities for improvement \n
- Work closely with senior leaders to support successful acquisitions and business expansion \n
Commercial Finance & Strategic Projects
\n- \n
- Provide analysis and insight to support strategic decision-making \n
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes \n
- Assist with long-term business planning and investment appraisals \n
- Develop meaningful KPI reporting and performance metrics \n
- Contribute to change management and transformation projects \n
- Partner with operational leaders across the organisation to drive performance improvements \n
Stakeholder Management
\n- \n
- Act as a key finance representative across the business \n
- Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders \n
- Liaise extensively with external advisers including: \n
- Accountants \n
- Legal specialists \n
- Banking partners \n
- Auditors \n
- Corporate finance advisers \n
- Support commercial negotiations, acquisitions and strategic business initiatives \n
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst ensuring deadlines are consistently met \n
About You
\nWe're seeking a motivated and ambitious finance professional who enjoys operating in a dynamic, project-led environment.
\nEssential
\n- \n
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified \n
- Good technical accounting background \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities \n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail \n
- Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment \n
Highly Desirable

- Acquisition or M&A exposure \n
- Post-acquisition integration experience \n
- Group or multi-entity environment experience \n
- Banking and lender relationship exposure \n
