Location: Sidcup, London (Hybrid)

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Practice Area: Private Client

PQE: 1–4 PQE

About the Opportunity

I'm currently working with a long-established Law firm that is looking to appoint a 1–4 PQE Private Client Solicitor to join, and lead its friendly Private Client team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a loyal client base built almost entirely through repeat business and referrals. The successful candidate will be given the autonomy to manage their own caseload while working in a supportive environment with genuine long-term career prospects.

Job Overview

• Manage your own caseload of Private Client matters from instruction through to completion.
\n
• Advise clients on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
\n
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, delivering an excellent standard of client care.
\n
• Work independently while collaborating closely with the wider Private Client team.
\n
• Contribute to the continued success and reputation of the department.
\n

About You

\n
• 1–4 years' PQE in Private Client matters.
\n
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
\n
• Strong experience across Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and LPAs.
\n
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
\n
• A proactive and personable approach with a genuine interest in Private Client work.
\n

Working Arrangement

\n
• Predominantly office-based role.
\n
• Hybrid working available (up to 1 day per week from home).
\n
