Estimator - HVAC/FMSalary: £28,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience)We are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a busy service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and become the primary point of contact for all quotation-related activities.This role would suit a highly organised estimator with a strong HVAC background and experience working within facilities management, building services, or a similar environment.ResponsibilitiesActing as the main point of contact for quotations and estimatesReviewing engineers' reports and producing accurate cost estimatesPreparing quotations for planned and reactive worksSupporting procurement activities for the service teamAssisting with PPM tenders and related documentationEnsuring compliance with relevant industry standards and proceduresKey RequirementsEssential HVAC knowledgeStrong understanding of SFG20 standards and complianceAbility to interpret and assess engineers' reportsProcurement experience for service-related works when requiredExperience preparing and pricing PPM tender packsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailPackageSalary: £28,000 - £36,000 depending on experienceOpportunity to join a growing team with an immediate impact on operationsPlease note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
