Site Manager£500 per DayOutside IR35Stockton-on-TeesEssential Skillset:5+ years' experience delivering electrical engineering projects within the power, renewables, industrial or utilities sectorExperience supervising HV/LV electrical installation works on substations, BESS, solar, data centre or industrial projectsStrong knowledge of electrical installation, cable containment, cable pulling, terminations, switchgear and transformer installationCoordinate and supervise electrical subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on programme and to a high standardSupport commissioning and energisation activities, ensuring all electrical systems are ready for handoverEnsure all work complies with HSE requirements, site procedures and relevant electrical standardsMonitor project progress, identify risks and proactively resolve site issuesRead and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and installation documentationLiaise effectively with Project Managers, Commissioning Engineers, clients and other site stakeholdersExcellent leadership, communication and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and manage multiple site activities simultaneouslyTPBN1_UKTJ
