We are looking for a high visibility partner to support in day-to-day tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating of documents and actions to support projects to reach long term goals. The role will work closely withthe Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Executive Assistant for our CEOto provide administrative and project support including minute taking,documenting,and following up actions and correspondence with both internal and external stakeholders.The role will work alongside senior leaders in the organisation thereforeemotional intelligence, excellent communication skills,discretion,and compassion are essential skills.About usThe ethos of FCMS as a social enterprise, health and wellbeing services provider is to be passionate in its drive to ensure that patients and callers remain the central focus of all that it does.
