This role is ideal for an experienced kitchen manager who takes pride in producing fresh, home-cooked food for residents while running an organized, compliant kitchen.Key Responsibilities Design daily menus that are both appetizing and aligned with residents' nutritional needs.Lead and schedule kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative working environment.Control kitchen budgets, stock levels, waste management, and ordering.Enforce all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, and regulatory standards.Requirements Essential: Direct management/head chef experience within a care home or healthcare environment.Food Hygiene Level 3 (preferred) or Level 2 certification.Comprehensive understanding of care sector food guidelines, texture-modified foods, and allergen safety.Strong communication and team management abilities.TPBN1_UKTJ
