Town Planer to Senior Town Planner - Strategic Land

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Planner or Senior Planner to join a growing planning team delivering major Strategic Land, regeneration and mixed-use developments across the UK. This role is ideal for a Planner with 2-3 years' experience looking to step up, or a Senior Planner seeking greater responsibility and exposure to high-profile projects.

The Role

• Lead and support Strategic Land, urban extension, regeneration and employment projects.
\n
• Manage planning applications, stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
\n
• Work alongside experienced planning professionals on complex, nationally significant schemes.
\n

About You

\n
• Experience in consultancy, development, local authority or a similar planning environment.
\n
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
\n
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
\n
• MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership.
\n
