£50-£55 per hour\nAre you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor available for an ongoing locum opportunity? We are working with a well-established firm seeking a solicitor to join their team on an ASAP basis.\n The Role:\n\n

£50-£55 per hour\nAre you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor available for an ongoing locum opportunity? We are working with a well-established firm seeking a solicitor to join their team on an ASAP basis.\n The Role:\n\n
- Managing a varied caseload of landlord & tenant litigation matters \n
- Handling possession claims, evictions, rent arrears and lease disputes \n
- Dealing with contract disputes, contested probate and boundary disputes \n
- Representing both corporate and individual clients \n
- Attending negotiations, mediations and court proceedings \n
- Providing practical, client-focused legal advice What We're Looking For:\n\n
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with property litigation experience \n
- Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant law and civil procedure \n
- Ability to manage a caseload independently \n
- Excellent communication and client care skills \n
