This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional to play a pivotal role in the ongoing evolution of a well-established Salesforce platform, balancing operational support with strategic enhancements and project delivery.\n

\nWorking closely with the Salesforce Product Manager, you will act as a key member of a small but highly impactful team, helping to shape platform capability whilst ensuring users receive a high-quality, reliable service.\n

Key Responsibilities\n

- Drive the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of the Salesforce platform, ensuring solutions remain scalable and aligned to business objectives. \n
- Oversee day-to-day platform administration, including user management, permissions, configuration changes, and support activities. \n
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. \n
- Deliver platform improvements and smaller-scale projects through the full life cycle, from discovery and design through to testing and go-live. \n
- Develop and maintain automation, reporting, dashboards, and integrations that improve efficiency and user experience. \n
- Take ownership of more complex support issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication throughout. \n
- Contribute to backlog management, helping prioritise demand based on business value, effort, and dependencies. \n
- Produce and maintain clear documentation covering processes, configurations, and governance standards. \n
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to support ongoing platform development and integration activities. \n
\n
\n
- \n
- At least 5 years' experience working with Salesforce across administration, configuration, support, and delivery functions. \n
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud. \n
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification. \n
- Demonstrable experience analysing business requirements and converting them into practical Salesforce-based solutions. \n
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, security architecture, permissions, roles, and sharing models. \n
- Experience supporting production Salesforce environments, including release preparation, troubleshooting, and incident management. \n
- Knowledge of data management principles, including migrations, imports, data quality, SOQL, and Data Loader. \n
- Ability to produce actionable reporting and dashboards for operational and leadership stakeholders. \n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences. \n
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. \n

- \n
- Exposure to Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. \n
- Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder. \n
- Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or other Salesforce development tools. \n
- Experience operating within regulated or compliance-driven environments \n
- Strong Excel capabilities and familiarity with basic web technologies such as HTML and CSS. \n
