\nWith a hands-on, proactive approach you will oversee all maintenance activities on site. You will play a key role in ensuring the manufacturing and filling equipment operates safely, reliably, and effectively while leading continuous improvement across the maintenance function.\n

As a Lead Maintenance Engineer your duties will be: -\n

- Carry out hands-on mechanical maintenance and fault finding (electrical experience is desirable).
\n - Develop and manage preventive maintenance programmes.
\n - Lead and coordinate all planned and reactive maintenance activities.
\n - Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults, including PLC-controlled equipment were applicable.
\n - Lead and support the maintenance team, reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability.
\n - Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
\n - Source equipment, spare parts, and maintenance supplied as required.
\n - Support, coach, and develop maintenance team members.
\n
The successful Lead Maintenance Engineer will have the following skills: -\n
\n
- \n
- Proven maintenance experience within a manufacturing, chemical or process environment.
\n - Strong mechanical skills with electrical knowledge (PLC experience would be advantageous).
\n - Experience leading and supervising a maintenance team.
\n - Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
\n - Good communication and organisational skills.
\n - Competent IT skills for maintaining maintenance records.
\n
