Senior Site Manager - Cheltenham - 2 Years

Approach Personnel are currently partnered with an industry leading, Tier 1 Main Contractor, who are currently looking for a Senior Site Manager to join them on a freelance basis in Cheltenham on a New Build Education project scheduled to last 2 years.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on DofE sites prior and be have all updated certificates.

Key Requirements:

\n
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.
\n
• Desirable to have: In-date DBS Certificate.
\n
• Proven experience managing similar new build construction projects.
\n
• Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.
\n

Key Duties:

\n
• Overseeing day-to-day site operations.
\n
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme.
\n
• Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance.
\n
• Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates.
\n
• Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.
\n
• Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.
\n
