Assistant Site Manager - Worksop - 2 Weeks

Approach Personnel are currently working with an industry leading, new build housing developer who are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Assistant Site Manager on a freelance basis for a short-term project in Worksop, starting ASAP.

The ideal candidate will have relevant New Build Housing management experience and have excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and practices.

Key Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.
\n
• Proven experience managing similar new build housing developments
\n
• Strong Health & Safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.
\n
• Strong understanding of NHBC standards and procedures.
\n

Key Duties:

\n
• Overseeing day-to-day site operations
\n
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
\n
• Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance
\n
• Coordinating works across site
\n
• Reporting progress to the site manager
\n
