County Durham.This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience, maintain work-life balance, or transition into long-term roles.
The Role:\n
\n - Deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (subject specialism welcomed but not essential for general cover)
\n - Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
\n - Adapt quickly to different school environments and student needs

What We’re Looking For:\n
\n - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
\n - Strong classroom management skills
\n - A proactive and positive approach
\n - Ability to build rapport quickly with students and staff
\n - Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
