Spencer Clarke Group are currently recruiting talented and enthusiastic STEM Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools from September 2026.
\nWe are looking for teachers across Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Computing, with opportunities available for experienced teachers, ECTs and teachers looking for flexible supply work.

As a STEM Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire pupils and develop their knowledge, skills and confidence.
\nResponsibilities may include:
\n- \n
- Planning and delivering engaging STEM lessons \n
- Teaching across KS3 and/or KS4 \n
- Preparing pupils for GCSE examinations where applicable \n
- Differentiating lessons to meet individual learning needs \n
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress \n
- Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom management \n
- Building positive relationships with pupils and colleagues \n
- Using practical and innovative approaches to bring STEM subjects to life \n
- Contributing to departmental planning and wider school activities \n
- Following school policies and safeguarding procedures \n
We are keen to hear from teachers who have:

- QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification \n
- Experience teaching within a secondary school \n
- Strong subject knowledge within a STEM discipline \n
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills \n
- The ability to engage and inspire young people \n
- A flexible and adaptable approach \n
- Strong communication and organisational skills \n
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children \n
