Earthworks Supervisor - Coleshill (B46 1DP)

£24.67 per hour PAYE

Long-term (6+ months

Working for a leading civil engineering contractor on the HS2 earthworks & groundworks package.

Key Duties:

\n
• Supervising daily site operations and workforce activities
\n
• Managing operatives and subcontractors
\n
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme
\n
• Leading site briefings, inductions, and toolbox talks
\n
• Monitoring quality, compliance, and construction documentation
\n
• Liaising with engineers, site management, and subcontractors
\n
• Promoting strong health & safety culture across the site
\n

Requirements:

\n
• CSCS Gold Supervisory Card
\n
• SSSTS (SMSTS advantageous)
\n
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, General Foreman, or Civils Supervisor
\n
• Experience in Groundworks, earthworks etc.
\n
• Strong understanding of construction health & safety procedures
\n
• Good communication and leadership skills
\n
