Tig Welder

Taskmaster Resources Ltd are pleased to be recruiting a skilled TIG Welder for our client based in Sheffield. Our client designs and manufactures high-performance stainless steel systems.

This is a temporary-to-permanent role, and the pay rate per hour is £18.98 per hour.

Immediate start is available.

The role will involve:

• Welding stainless steel component parts together to produce assemblies to form products using TIG welding
\n
• Fabricating simple and complex-shaped products using various techniques
\n
• Ensure all products manufactured meet the necessary requirements/standards
\n
• Operating other tools
\n
• Ensure the equipment is well-maintained and safe
\n

Desired skills:

\n
• Previous experience with TIG welding
\n
• Experience in fabricating simple and complex shapes
\n
• Ability to read technical drawings
\n
• Previous experience of welding filters, vessels or thin gauge steel would be advantageous
\n

Working hours:

\n
• Rotational weekly days and afters:
\n
• Days: Monday to Thursday : 06:00 14:00 Friday : 06:00 - 11:00
\n
• Afters: Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00 Friday : 11:00 - 16:00 plus overtime available at premium rate
