\nSalesforce SME Architect
\nWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce SME Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Salesforce solutions. As the Salesforce Subject Matter Expert, you will provide technical leadership across CRM transformation initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business goals and best practices.
\nWorking closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery teams, you will define solution architectures, drive platform adoption, and ensure the effective use of Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud environments.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nDesign and deliver end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions.
\nProvide technical leadership and architectural governance across Salesforce projects.
\nLead CRM transformation, integration, and platform optimisation initiatives.
\nDefine scalable data models, security frameworks, and integration strategies.
\nEnsure solutions meet performance, compliance, and business requirements.
\nCollaborate with stakeholders to develop CRM roadmaps and solution strategies.
\nSupport integrations with third-party applications and enterprise platforms.
\nMentor development teams and act as the escalation point for complex Salesforce challenges.
\nKey Requirements:
\nProven Experience in Salesforce Architecture or Senior Salesforce Consultant roles.
\nStrong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
\nExperience designing integrations using APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware technologies.
\nKnowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and Salesforce security models.
\nExperience with data migration, governance, and release management processes.
\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
\nPreferred Certifications:
\nSalesforce Certified Application Architect
\nSalesforce Certified System Architect
\nSalesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) desirable
\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer
