- Working closely with the facilities team on routine, contracted, and cyclical maintenance, and supporting project management of larger works alongside surveyors and consultants \n

- Running a programme of regular site visits and inspections \n
- Handling insurance claims efficiently and keeping tenants well informed on management matters \n
- Applying a solid working knowledge of landlord and tenant law and lease terms \n
- Mentoring more junior members of the team and contributing to wider business initiatives \n
Candidate Profile
\n- \n
- MRICS qualified, or at least six years' hands-on commercial property management experience \n
- A track record managing complex Central London assets, ideally including exposure to complex mixed-use schemes as well as commercial office \n
- Confidence liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, from clients and occupiers through to investors, lenders, and professional teams \n
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and service charges, and current health & safety obligations \n
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of decisions, while also operating well as part of a close-knit team \n
- Strong communication and organisational skills, good with numbers, and confident with the usual Office/Outlook toolkit \n
- A full, clean driving licence \n
This is a chance to join a business that's genuinely invested in doing property management well, with a portfolio and reputation to match. Package will be tailored to the right candidate's experience.
