Senior Employment Lawyer

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a senior lawyer for its highly regarded Employment team, based in London. Renowned for its technical excellence and client-focused approach on an international scale, the firm's Employment practice is experiencing sustained growth, with increasingly complex and high-profile mandates from clients across the UK and internationally. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a genuinely global platform, working alongside teams across multiple jurisdictions on significant cross-border matters as well as UK-based work.

In this role, you will work on large, often cross-jurisdictional matters as part of a global team, with significant front-line client exposure from day one. You will advise on a wide range of contentious employment law issues, with strong opportunities for business development, including cross-selling across the firm's practice areas, as well as involvement in managing and developing junior associates and trainees.

You will be a solicitor qualified in England and Wales with 6+ years' PQE, strong academics, and a proven track record in complex employment litigation. Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and commercially minded, you will thrive on client contact and want a genuinely challenging, high-growth career path.
