Structured Finance Associates x2 (CLOs) | Global Elite Law Firm | London

A leading global law firm is looking to strengthen its London structured finance practice with two Associates focused on CLOs, working on CLOs and other complex structured finance/securitisation mandates for top-tier asset managers, arrangers and financial institutions.

The roles:

\n
    \n
  • c. 2–4 years' PQE
    • \n
  • 4+ years' PQE
    • \n
  • CLO / structured finance experience preferred at senior level; strong interest in developing CLO expertise welcomed at junior level
    • \n
\n

  • Strong technical ability in structured finance, securitisation, or CLOs specifically
    • \n
  • A collaborative, can-do mindset
    • \n
  • Associates keen to build client relationships and grow within a close-knit team
