Human Resources Advisor

We are supporting a global leader within the defence and aerospace industry in the recruitment of an HR Advisor for an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

This role will support the HR Business Partnering team and offers a broad mix of HR administration, employee relations, recruitment support, reporting and HR systems work.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in ensuring HR policies and processes are applied consistently while providing practical support and advice to managers and employees.

• sSupport HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR activitie

• sProvide guidance on absence management, disciplinary processes and employee relations matter
\n
• sManage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycl
\n
• eProcess employee changes and HR transactions through Workday and SA
\n
• PSupport recruitment activities and liaise with hiring manager
\n
• sProduce HR reports and analyse workforce data to identify trends and risk
\n
• sSupport performance review, talent management and wellbeing initiative
\n
• sMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedure
