Business Analyst

Our banking client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with specific experience in CDD, KYC and Customer journey.

In summary, a large, group based, transformation programme is now in-flight looking to drive automation, digital service improvement and efficiencies end to end. As part of this programme, they require a couple of experienced BA's with direct knowledge of customer journey improvement covering digitization/automation, improved due diligence (CDD KYC etc).

Hybrid/remote role working from home with occasional need to be in office (assume 2 days per week initially)

c. £600 per day (inside IR35)

Key experience and skills:

• Qualified Business Analysis with specific Retail Banking / Customer Journey Experience

• Experience of CDD/KYC review and implementation

• Digitization and Automation of Banking processes
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of requirements and analysis activities
