As the company enters an ambitious growth phase, they are seeking an outstanding Commercial Director with experience across quantity surveying and project management to lead commercial performance across the group.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of tendering, estimating, commercial governance, contract management, pricing strategy, and profitability. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on increasing profit margins, improving bid conversions, and building a scalable model for international growth.

The ideal candidate is a proven commercial leader from the bespoke interiors, luxury residential, or wider built environment sectors. You will bring expertise in tender strategy, contract negotiation, and team leadership, as well as confidence working at board-level. RICS training as well as experience in quantity surveying is highly desirable.
