\nThe Company
\nThe Shore Group is partnering with a highly regarded Design & Build workplace fit out contractor renowned for delivering some of London's most impressive commercial office projects.
\nWith a strong reputation for design, delivery and client relationships, the business delivers complex CAT A and CAT B workplace projects typically ranging from £10m-£25m+ and is continuing to grow its presence in the market.
\nAs part of this growth, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Preconstruction Director to lead major project opportunities and help shape the future of the preconstruction function.
\nThe Role
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Preconstruction Manager, Senior Preconstruction Manager or Preconstruction Lead looking to take the next step in their career.
\nWorking closely with the leadership team, you will take ownership of some of the business's most significant Design & Build opportunities, leading projects from early client engagement and design development through to contract award and mobilisation.
\nYou will play a pivotal role in winning work, influencing design, managing client relationships and ensuring projects are commercially and operationally set up for success.

\nRequirements
\nTo be successful in this role, you are likely to demonstrate:

- Experience leading the preconstruction phase of Design & Build workplace projects valued at £10m+. \n
- A background within a recognised commercial in interiors fit out contractor Strong knowledge of CAT A and CAT B workplace projects. \n
- Experience managing tenders from initial client engagement through to contract award. \n
- The ability to lead consultants, design teams and stakeholders through the preconstruction process. \n
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of programme, procurement and risk management. \n
- Excellent client-facing skills, including presentations, workshops and work-winning activity. \n
- Ambition to progress into a senior leadership position within a growing business. \n
