Implementation Consultant

We're recruiting for a growing software company looking for a technically strong Solution Consultant / Project Lead to join its Professional Services team.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll lead software implementations from design through to go-live, manage project delivery, and provide post-implementation support. You'll work closely with customers, internal teams and third-party ERP providers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects
\n
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks and stakeholder communications
\n
• Deliver integrations with ERP systems such as Sage, NetSuite, SAP and MRI
\n
• Work with customers to translate requirements into technical solutions
\n
• Coordinate internal teams, customers and third-party partners
\n
• Provide 2nd line support, upgrades and system migrations
\n
• Drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement
\n

You'll have experience in software implementation or technical consultancy and be confident leading customer projects.

You'll also bring:

• Experience delivering software or SaaS implementations
\n
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
\n
• Technical skills in SQL, JavaScript or PowerShell
\n
• Experience with APIs, integrations or system deployments
\n
• ERP integration experience is highly desirable
\n
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
\n
