Our client is a respected national charity based in North West London, seeking a Data & Insights Officer to join their fundraising team.

The Role

You will play a key role in using data to support effective fundraising, supporter engagement and informed decision-making.

Working collaboratively across teams, you will maintain accurate supporter records, manage fundraising income data, produce reports and provide valuable insights to help improve engagement and operational performance.

You will champion data quality, support process improvements and help ensure fundraising systems and information are accurate, efficient and effective.

About You

• Experienced in maintaining accurate records and managing data within CRM systems

• Confident processing donations, pledges and fundraising information with a high level of accuracy
\n
• Able to produce reports and provide administrative support to help teams track performance and engagement
\n
• Passionate about using data to improve supporter experiences and strengthen relationships
\n
• Proactive in identifying improvements to systems, processes and data quality standards
\n
