The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Support students in and out of the classroom
\n
• Assist teachers with delivering engaging lessons
\n
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
\n
• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the teacher's absence (Cover Supervisor roles)
\n
• Help students achieve their academic potential
\n

What We're Looking For

• A degree qualification (essential)
\n
• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in education
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Confidence working with young people aged 11-18
\n
• A positive, proactive, and professional approach
\n
