Hamilton Woods Associates are working with a Social Housing provider in Manchester, to recruit to a Repairs Planner on a temporary basis. The role will require 2 days in their offices in Trafford, with 3 days from home

Responsibilities of the Repairs Planner include:
\n
\n - Working within the reactive repairs team
\n - Liaising with customers and engineers to schedule in repairs work
\n - Raising work orders
\n - Keeping customers up to date with any changes and progress of repairs
\n - Re-booking in cancelled appointments
\n - Managing all associated administration
\n
\n
\n
Requirements of the Repairs Planner include:
\n
\n - Experience within repairs planning wihtin social housing desirable
\n
\n
