Robert Walters is excited to partner with a rapidly growing business in the Midlands that is expanding its Business Analysis team. This team will play a key role in supporting client requirement gathering and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, particularly in production and order fulfilment processes.
\n
• Translate business needs into clear technical solutions and comprehensive documentation.
\n
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure successful project delivery.
\n
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and client stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
\n

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Business Analysis experience within a technical and product-focused environment.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
\n
• Solid technical understanding of systems, APIs, integration's, and databases.
\n
