URGENT REQUIREMENTSite Supervisor 6 Week Contract FitoutWe are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee a small fit out project in Central Reading, starting 24th August for a 6-week duration. This is a hands-on role managing a small team of subcontractors on a live site, working closely with a client who will remain in occupation throughout the works.ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & CoordinationSupervise day-to-day site activities, managing 24 subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.Health & Safety ManagementMaintain high standards of site safety, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and carrying out regular checks across all activities.Toolbox Talks & Workforce BriefingsDeliver toolbox talks and daily briefings, ensuring all operatives are aware of site procedures and safety requirements.Site Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate site records including daily site diaries, progress updates, and any incidents or variations.Client Liaison & Site SecurityAct as the key point of contact for the client on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to operations while maintaining site security and control at all times.RequirementsMust have valid SSSTSMust have valid First Aid at WorkMust have proven experience supervising fit out or small-scale construction projectsMust be based within a commutable distance of ReadingBenefits£240 - £250 per dayTPBN1_UKTJ
