The role

\n

As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in helping landlords let their properties and tenants find their next home, delivering an excellent experience from enquiry through to move-in.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • \n
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • \n
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing lets
  • \n
  • Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • \n
  • Opportunities to generate new business and winning instructions
  • \n
  • Progressing tenancies through to move-in
  • \n
  • Working closely with our Property Management team to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate records and keeping applicants updated
  • \n

What we’re looking for

  • Around 12+ months’ experience in residential lettings (not essential)
  • \n
  • A confident and professional communicator
  • \n
  • Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with clients
  • \n
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • \n
  • Someone who takes pride in doing things properly
  • \n
  • Full UK driving licence
  • \n
\n

(ARLA/NAEA qualifications are a bonus, not essential.)
