The role
\nAs a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in helping landlords let their properties and tenants find their next home, delivering an excellent experience from enquiry through to move-in.
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\n- \n
- Registering and qualifying applicants \n
- Arranging and conducting property viewings \n
- Negotiating offers and agreeing lets \n
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants \n
- Opportunities to generate new business and winning instructions \n
- Progressing tenancies through to move-in \n
- Working closely with our Property Management team to ensure a smooth customer journey \n
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping applicants updated \n
What we’re looking for
\n- \n
- Around 12+ months’ experience in residential lettings (not essential) \n
- A confident and professional communicator \n
- Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with clients \n
- Excellent customer service skills \n
- Someone who takes pride in doing things properly \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
(ARLA/NAEA qualifications are a bonus, not essential.)
