They are seeking a Senior Associate Director to join their successful Exeter team, offering the opportunity to lead a talented team, manage prestigious estate clients and deliver strategic projects that shape the future of rural land.

\nThe Role
\nAs Senior Associate Director, you'll act as the trusted adviser and principal agent for a portfolio of estate management clients across the South West. You'll oversee a diverse range of rural estates, providing strategic advice that helps clients maximise the long-term value of their land and businesses.
\nWorking across estate management, diversification, strategic land and professional valuations, you'll also play a key role in developing the team and supporting the continued growth of the business.
\nWhat You'll Be Doing

- Acting as principal agent for a portfolio of estate management clients \n
- Undertaking estate and farming business reviews \n
- Advising on diversification opportunities and strategic land promotion projects \n
- Delivering secured lending and professional valuation work \n
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships \n
- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing rural team \n
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting business growth \n
- Managing projects effectively, ensuring high standards and timely delivery \n
About You
\nYou'll be an experienced Rural Surveyor with strong commercial awareness, excellent client relationship skills and the ability to lead both people and projects.
\nYou'll ideally have:
\n- \n
- MRICS qualification with strong post-qualification experience in rural surveying \n
- Proven experience managing rural estate clients and delivering professional advice \n
- Strong leadership and people management skills \n
- Experience delivering estate management, diversification or strategic land projects \n
- Commercial awareness and business development experience \n
- Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint \n
- A full UK driving licence \n
