About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to provide temporary cover for a commercial office building in Luton for a period of one week. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning office areas, including floors, desks, and communal spaces.
\n
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
\n
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities.
\n
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
\n
• Replenishing consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
\n
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general cleaning duties.
\n
• Reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns.
\n

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
\n
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
\n
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
\n
• Good understanding of health and safety and hygiene practices.
