\nYou will:

- Lead a small class of just 6 pupils, enabling strong relationships and tailored learning \n
- Deliver a creative, engaging Early Years-based curriculum adapted to meet individual needs \n
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, confident, and motivated \n
- Work collaboratively with a skilled team of teaching assistants and specialists \n
- Use a range of strategies to support communication, social development, and emotional wellbeing \n
What We’re Looking For
\nWe are looking for someone who:

- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent \n
- Has experience in Early Years and/or SEN settings (desirable but not essential for the right candidate) \n
- Is patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education \n
- Brings creativity, warmth, and energy into the classroom \n
- Is confident in planning and delivering differentiated learning opportunities \n
