About the Role

You will:

  • Lead a small class of just 6 pupils, enabling strong relationships and tailored learning

  • Deliver a creative, engaging Early Years-based curriculum adapted to meet individual needs
  • \n
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, confident, and motivated
  • \n
  • Work collaboratively with a skilled team of teaching assistants and specialists

  • Use a range of strategies to support communication, social development, and emotional wellbeing

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • \n
  • Has experience in Early Years and/or SEN settings (desirable but not essential for the right candidate)
  • \n
  • Is patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education
  • \n
  • Brings creativity, warmth, and energy into the classroom
  • \n
  • Is confident in planning and delivering differentiated learning opportunities
