My client is seeking two Automation Business Analysts with strong Pega experience to support a workflow automation programme. The role will focus on identifying automation opportunities, running discovery activities, engaging stakeholders and building a pipeline of use cases.

• Proven Business Analyst experience within workflow automation programmes
\n
• Active SC Clearance
\n
• Strong Pega knowledge and experience with low-code platforms
\n
• Requirements gathering and business process analysis
\n
• Stakeholder engagement, workshops and discovery sessions
\n
• Feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analysis
\n
• Backlog management and prioritisation
\n
• Experience identifying automation and AI opportunities
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
\n

Nice to Have

\n
• Experience with Power Platform and/or ServiceNow
\n
• Experience in large enterprise environments
\n
• Experience supporting digital transformation or automation initiatives
\n
