This ongoing temporary role is focused on building safety, compliance and day-to-day facilities maintenance.Key DetailsStart: ASAPSchedule: 3 days per week between Monday-FridayHours: 9am–5pm (22.5 hours per week)Pay: £16.92 per hour (PAYE)Role OverviewYou’ll carry out a blend of reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure the building remains safe, compliant and ready for residents. Duties include:\n

• General maintenance repairs — routine fault finding and minor repairs
\n
• PPM duties — fire alarm tests, lift inspections, plant room checks, emergency lighting inspections, critical equipment checks and external property inspections
\n
• Health & Safety compliance — ensuring safe working practices and accurate record-keeping
\n
