Thrive Education is recruiting passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to provide supply cover across a range of welcoming nurseries, pre-schools and early years settings in Dursley. Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply, short-term assignments or long-term placements, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing. You'll help create engaging learning environments, build positive relationships with children and families, and work alongside experienced nursery teams to deliver high-quality early years education.

• Deliver engaging play-based learning in line with the EYFS Framework.
\n
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
\n
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
\n
• Observe, monitor and contribute to children's progress where required.
\n
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
\n
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies at all times.
\n

\n
• A Level 2, Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
\n
• Previous experience working within a nursery, pre-school or early years setting.
\n
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
\n
• Flexibility to work across different settings.
\n
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
\n
