A new permanent opportunity has become available for a Senior AI Developer to join a leading technology partner. This role is ideal for an experienced, hands-on full stack developer who is passionate about AI-powered software development.

You will be instrumental in designing and delivering production-grade solutions that integrate large language models, agentic systems, and Azure AI services into real-world applications.

Day-to-day of the role:

\n
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-integrated solutions for client engagements using modern full-stack technologies.
\n
• Integrate Azure AI services into production applications and architect LLM-powered features and agentic workflows.
\n
• Work directly with clients to understand requirements, shape solutions, and translate them into working software.
\n
• Provide technical leadership across engagements, ensuring high standards of code quality and engineering rigour.
\n
• Contribute to technical research, prototyping, and proof-of-concept development to support client proposals and win new work.
\n
• Define and prove a mature, repeatable pattern for delivering AI solutions that can be scaled across the team.
\n
• Establish reusable tools, accelerators, and components to enhance the speed and quality of AI delivery.
\n
• Explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies and development approaches, integrating the best into practice.
\n
• Mentor and upskill other developers, building AI delivery capability as the model transitions into the Delivery team.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Extensive full-stack development experience in React/Node.js, .NET/C#, Python/Fast API.
\n
• Proven track record of delivering production software on client-facing projects, ideally within a consultancy or professional services environment.
\n
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or agentic AI development at scale.
\n
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor.
\n
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
\n
• Demonstrable experience integrating LLMs and building AI-powered features in real-world applications.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
\n
• Comfortable working autonomously and shaping ambiguity into repeatable, scalable delivery.
\n
