Salary: £34,000

Overview:We're looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team, working within occupied social housing properties in the Lincoln area. The role involves replacing and installing heating systems - primarily the replacement of radiators, valves, and associated pipework.

Key Responsibilities:

    Remove and replace radiators, valves, and heating components

    • \n
  • \n

    Install new heating systems where required

    • \n
  • \n

    Work efficiently and professionally in occupied social housing properties

    • \n
  • \n

    Ensure all work meets relevant safety and compliance standards

    • \n
\n

Requirements:

    \n
  • \n

    NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing

    • \n
  • \n

    Full UK manual driving licence

    • \n
  • \n

    Previous experience working in social housing (preferred)

    • \n
  • \n

    Proven experience in system replacements and radiator installations

    • \n
\n
